Poor customer service

I ordered on the game online and pay for my order so they couldn't deliver because of the lockdown so i phone them and cancel my online order so the person that helped me ask me to send my proof of bank account to *** so i did . I canceled my order on April 20 /2020 and still i wait for my refund i have phoned several times to ask about my refund but no answer
