I Feel Completely Let Down by Game – Still No Fridge, Financial Losses & Zero Accountability

I am honestly exhausted and deeply disappointed with how Game has handled my situation. I bought a Hisense double-door fridge in May 2024, and when the freezer stopped working, I did everything I was supposed to do as a customer. I reported the fault on 23 November 2025, and a technician came on 26 November 2025.

He told me the fridge would be replaced the very same day and that I would get a call from the store. I trusted that. But that call never came.

I went to the store myself on 28 November 2025, hoping to get answers. They then promised delivery on 3 December 2025. Today, I went again just to confirm the delivery time — only to find out that absolutely no arrangements had been made for my replacement.

At this point, it feels like my time, my money, and my life are simply not valued.

Because of this back-and-forth, I have suffered real losses:

Perishable groceries I bought (relying on the technician’s promise) ended up spoiling.

I’ve been forced to survive on takeaway food because I don’t have a working fridge.

I’ve spent time and energy going back to the store, only to receive empty promises.

This has put unnecessary financial and emotional pressure on me — all because Game failed to deliver on its commitments. This is not just poor service; it is disrespectful, and I feel completely let down.

Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), I am entitled to a replacement and to be compensated for losses caused by delayed or poor service. I should not have to beg for my rights to be respected.

I am demanding:

Immediate delivery of the replacement fridge,

Full reimbur*****t for spoiled food and takeaway expenses,

A clear explanation for why I have been treated this way.

Game, please fix this urgently. No customer deserves to go through this level of stress and inconvenience.
