Poor Customer Service

<p>I have been trying to get the following products from Game stores and none of their stores seem to have any of them even though they keep advertising them, this service is very poor and in fact it is false advertising to say you have something when you dont. A lady named Lauretta Chetty responded to my complaint on Saturday and i was hpeful she would help but has since dissapeared and had not bothered to comeback to me.
