Poor Customer Service

On the 27th May 2017 i went to Game store at Soshanguve Crossing to buy some groceries and when i get home during the week i opened a pack of vienna i bought over the weekend only to find that they have expired on the 20th May 2017.

I went back to the store on the 10th June 2017 and talk to one of the store floor manager and i explained everything to her and wanted to find out how long do they keep stock that's about to expire on the shelves/fridges and said the stock is being checked on a weekly basis but surprisingly the viennas i bought were expired a week before i can even come to make a grocery.

I use my petrol from where i stay just to change an item that cost R 55.00 and i was never compensated and the only change the item i bought. I was always under the impression that stores like Games keep fresh and well packed stuff on the shelves but when i check other items like Yogi Sip they were about to expire in 2 days but they were still packed in the friedge. I would like to know that you consider the stock that is consumable to be fresh if it has how many days to expire in your fridges/Shelves so that in future i can check your expiry dates before buying as i'm a regular customer in your store.

I hope i will get feedback from you regarding this matter.
