Poor Customer Service

<p>Game had a special of Radox stress relive bath/muscle soak 300 ml for R18.99 buy 1 get 1 free which ended 4th April 2017, I went to Game in Zewenwacht on Sunday 2nd for the special and I was told by the lady who was in that isle that they were out of stock I must do a reign check, I didn't do it on that day as I work in N1 city so I was going to check there first. So on Monday 3rd I went back to Zewenwacht Game (for something else) but I went to check again, there was still no stock, so I went to do a reign check. Now first lady was helping me, she asked for my initial and surname, my cellphone number then she called a lady who worked in that department to bring her a barcode for the item i was looking for. As she was waiting for the barcode to come, the phone rang and she then called another coloured lady (light in complexion) to help me with the reign check. The lady who went looking for the barcode came back saying she cannot find it, then this lady looked around the desk and after almost 30 min being in the store, she gave me a piece of paper saying i must write down my inintial and surname, cellphone number and amount of bottles i want and she will look for the barcode and once she finds it, she will enter it on the system, then i will receive an sms to confirm the reign check. As soon as they receive stock, system will automatically send me an sms to come collect. I have not received any communication since then as promised. Now the special ended 4 April. I have not received the 1st sms to show that the reign check is done. i called them, 1st time, called dropped after being put on hold, called the second time, and was put through to Paul who checked on the system and said it was not done. If i have not called them back i would not have gotten any feedback nor communication. Poor customer service.</p>
