Poor customer service

<p>good day</p> <p>I am extremely upset by the way I got treated on my birthday(20.10.2016). my dad gave permission that I can go and buy myself a new cellphone at game boksburg, with his game card. upon my arrival I was hanging around for like 15 minutes before those lazy people decided to come and help me. and then they are not fully trained on the specs of the little cell phones that is on display. I was trying to explain to them what the situation is and they were not even interested to hear me out. just said "we are not going to do that" I am pretty sure if it was one of their friends, they would have assisted them. I got mad and walked out the store. I decided to go back and ask for assistance from the admin manager and waited a further 15 minutes. I mean really. what kind of manager, let alone an employee treats a customer like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my day started good and thanks to those *********** people my day is been spoiled now. thank you so very much. let me just add. I am not a ******** and never will be one. I feel like not going back to Game Boksburg to do shopping there. their service has the capacity of a snail.</p>
