Poor customer service

Bought a washing machine (front loader) online last week 9 August 2025 and it was delivered on Monday on the 11th of August 2025. The machine is not working and I have reported it to Game and asked to return the item. I have been wanting for Game to come and inspect the machine since Monday. I have been calling Game store since Monday I am getting no help. Very disappointed.
