Poor customer care
I bought a defy stove from Game Store Polokwane. The stove is not working with less than 2 years. We gave brought the matter to Game Store , assisted by ThaboM under appliances. There is no help, it's been weeks no response. Unavailable on the phone. They are clueless in what they are doing as team.
