Poor communication from Game store online
very bad experience, I accidental bought a dryer instead of the washing machine, I realize two hours after paying and decided to cancel the order, it was at night the 26th of November 2024, I sent an email to cancel the order , the next day I phone them , they said they will take care of the issue, nothing happened no communication no nothing till this day the 09th of December 2024 no one has contacted me , I am the one who is busy sending emails and calling but still no response .
