Poor communication

Ordered two items online with a 2-5 days delivery guarantee. Following day I receive an email that a refund has been processed no information as to which item was refunded or the reason for the refund.On the 17th I receive notification that my items is out for delivery I can track the package this was at 13:25 and at 13:35 literally 10 min later driver was unable to deliver we will try again. This driver did not move from his location as I was tracking the package. And no phone call was made to notify me that he is outside. No attempt was made. And no notification of when the delivery will be attempted again.
