Poor client service

I am an unhappy customer.I will never buy at Game Kolonnade Mall again.I bought a stove(Defy Eye level Slim line)that was on special on the 1st December 2024,the stove was out for stock,they said I must pay then they will order the stove,it will be delivered to me on the 04th.It was not delivered,I made a follow up,they said it will be delivered on the 13th or 14th,I am still waiting,my stove is not delivered.I sent my husband this morning to check,then they tell him the stories that the stove was delivered at the wrong address.Now they want to refund.
