Poor attitude!

Yesterday my husbands mom (60+yrs) went to Game - Promenade with my brother in law to purchase a new TV. They were assisted by Mr. Leguma, as it was Wednesday she asked if they have any pensioner discounts, his reply..if we must give discount to everyone, how must we make money? (Also bear in mind that this was a cash sale)

Then she pointed out that the price displayed on the wall is R4300 & the price on barcode display shows R4290. To which he responded, it doesn't matter it's the same, then she said no, there's a difference of R10 then he reacted by ripping the price of R4300 off the wall.

Once necessary paperwork was completed, Mr Leguma went off somewhere without notifying them, after some time they asked another staff member to please find him as they want to finish off in the store. They were told that it's not the first time he does this and that they have had other complaints as well.

Eventually he showed up handed everything over to them without a thank you or apology for making them wait.

She is upset as this is not the first time receiving poor service from Game staff and she is now put off from purchasing anything else at the Game Stores.
