Poor assistance with damaged product

I purchased a fridge in May. Since then I had to contact Game and Defy 3 times to come and repair it. Game's policy is that they will replace the product if within a year, a technician is called out 3 times and the problems persist, they will replace it. Unfortunately they didn't keep record of all the times I called for assistance in repairs. I phoned Defy and they didn't keep record of services. I have been without a fridge for 2 days and don't know how long I will have to wait for the problem to be sorted. I have a baby at home and can't afford to continue like this for long.
