Poor and pathetic service

Poor customer service when I went to Game Somerset Mall cape town that I received when I was collecting my laptop on 29/05/2018 when a lady called Nandipha Mangaliso didn't value me as a customer, she first asked for my collection receipt that I wasn't even given when I submitted my laptop for repairs and she told me she cannot help me without it and after I told her that that was not my fault that I didn't receive the 'receipt and asked if she cannot use my ID and the message that was sent to me for collection then she agreed on that so I gave the ID, she said nothing after that she left me hanging at the counter to make a copy and never excuse herself and on top of that a lady who I assume she is working there but was in maternity leave when she came Nandipha stoped helping me she left the counter and went to attend the lady without saying a word for few seconds (that showed that I'm not important here) well she came back still said nothing not even apologise for leaving me there unattended. She didn't stop there, another colleague of hers came and she was still talking with that lady busy laughing which I found it as pathetic so I waited for her until she was done then I asked if she can call her manager as I wanted to speak to the person myself but guess what I waited for more than 10 minutes and the manager didn't come so I decided to leave the store not happy at all. One thing that came to my mind was the fact that people are just making this as if they are doing me a favour of which I used my money to buy that laptop and it was my right to send it back when it's not working. So in all I'm very disappointed for such service that I received
