poor and non friendly customer service

If i where to compare Midrand Game store with East Rand mall, i can say without doubt that Midrand has the best best customer customer care. Eastrand mall at the TV department their customer service is terrible and seems like they short staff cause you wait for long and people there not willing to learn ones work
