Poor and inconsiderate service at Game Somerset mall

I bought a tv 58 inch black friday at Game somerset mall. Less than a month the tv js blacked out and we had to take it back. They say they taking it for repairs and it will come back in January 2021.ts now a week instead of giving us a refund or a new tv we must wait and not have a tv ths festive season. This year has been hard and emotionally taxing and now we must get this poor service. So disappointing for a company of that calibre
