POOR AND INCOMPETANT SERVICE

<p>My dad bought a fridge a while ago. Seeing that he is a pensioner, and only receives his money on the 10th of every month, he pre-arranged with the useless GAME in Kimberley that is the time he will pay his account. GAME Kimberley were fine with the arrangement,and agreed to it. Probably to make a sale. Now the Accounts Department started calling him, charging interest and saying they will come and take the fridge. Last week some rude uneducated person dropped the phone in his ear. My father was at the store now three times to make arrangements and they stay about 40kilo's out of Kimberley. Game are more than welcome to come and collect the fridge, but i will defintely report you to the NCR, seeing that I am an accountant and also work with customers I know the Customer Protection Act. If you make arrangements with a customer you have to adhere to it. And please do not as in ever let a rude uneducation person phone me or my father ever again.</p>
