Poor Aftersales service
Pathetic aftersales service. I have been waiting a week now for a technician to attend to my washing machine. Purchased a Defy washing machine and have been experiencing problems with the door since we bought it. This is now the third time this machine needs to be repaired. No sense of urgency from Game or their warranty division. No compassion no Customer Centricity.

07 Nov 2018, 10:06Still getting the " run around" from Game. NO JOY in getting my washing machine attended to. Initial call logged on the 30 October 2018. Tried speaking to a senior manager today, was kept on hold. Cannot get more frustrating than this....
