Poor After Sales Service Game Stores Eikestad Mall

Game stores Eikestad Mall's after sale service is non existing. It was as if I had purposely broke my playstation4 remote control I bought. The hassles I had to have my remote control replaced was ridiculous. The sales manager was condescending and dismissive of my complaint and flat out refused to replace or repair the control after I only had it 2 months and very much still under warranty. They even went so far as to tell me that the technicians at their repair place doesn't know how to repair the control and I have to buy a new one. After they finally replaced the remote, I was told now the warranty falls away as I the previous remote which came with the console was replaced. Waht bollox!!!! The sales lady told me their Game head office personnel, can't give me proper advice because they are not properly trained and does not know what's going on. Is that my fault? Poor poor poor after sales service Game Eikestad Mall. Im gonna have to be pretty desperate before I trust Game Stores and especially Game Store Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch ever again.
