Poor after Sales service from Game

Extremely disappointed with my order from Game.On the 22nd of April I order a 6 Bar Sunbeam heater from Game(online). The heater was then delivered to me on the 4th of May. The courier guy kept buzzing my phone and because I didnt know the number, I didnt think anything of it.After buzzing my phone for the 3rd time, I decided to call the number only to find out its the courier guy. I was then told to rush to the gate to come collect my order(Didn't bother to notify me via sms that the order is on my way to me or the driver calling). When I got to the gate he had placed the box on the ground(didnt think of it at the time),so I proceed to take my order and went to inspect and test it inside the house. When I opened the box, I noticed that one of the top bars was broken, I went on to check the other bars. After this I immediately took pictures and packed the heater back in the box. I went on the Game site and logged a support call about the damaged order. I sent an email and tried calling but to no avail. 3 Days later, I still haven't received any communication whether my ticket or email has been received or any form of acknowledgement. I bought this heater to keep my family warm, now i'm stuck here with a broken product and no word from Game. I wont recommend anyone to purchase from their store online because if you have any issues with your order, they are no where to be found!!!
