POOR AFTER SALES

Purchased Lenovo I5 notebook in Feb 2021. The performance of the notebook was extremely poor for one with an I5 processor. This was reported by email. Following a number of reminders, the laptop was taken to the store in June 2021. However, the store indicated that, per the supplier, the laptop performs in accordance with its specifications although no technical evidence has been provided. A credit is requested in respect of the product but this is not forthcoming.
