Poor after sale service

Very poor service at Game Stellenbosch. Waiting period to repair items 21 days. Bought a microwave Russel Hobbs and Raleigh bicycle and have to wait 21 days to repair items. Poor after sale service with no reimbur*****t to buy product elsewhere.
