Poor

I went to Mall of Africa on Sunday to buy a desk. Came home and started assembling. There is a factory fault on one of the boards as the drill holes are in the wrong place and does not match the instructions. Pretty bummed out about it because now I have to put everything back in the box, find time to take it back at the store and try not to damage any of the items as the box is open. Argue for about an hour or wait around until your staff gets their ducks in a row for me to get a new one, carry the heavy box again by myself and start assembling AGAIN, hoping not to find more issues. This is beyond ***********, why aren't quality checks done before items are boxed? Now, I have to use my time, energy and petrol to sort this out due to your oversight!
