I went to game in Westgate and I wanted to lay-by a TV stand that its currently on special for R 1500.00 and the normal price is R2500.00 There's was no one to assist me i waited for 30 minutes in the store for someone to come and assist me.

After I waited for 30 minutes I was told that unfortunately lay bye starts at R2000.00 of which I think it not fair that the lay-bye starts at 2000.00 I was forced to go buy at house and home and their lay -bye doesn't have a minimum lay-bye price. Im very disappointed that I cant purchase what I love because of your ridiculous term and conditions. Your customer service staff is very unprofessional and if I was a white person I was not going to receive that kind of treatment from the customer service. The lady that I was speaking to she was so rude and she didn't hear me out. She's fat and light skinned lady. I didn't take her name. i still want that tv stand and
