Polaroid fitness watch repairs at Game

I took my faulty Polaroid fitness watch on the 17th October , because it just went off and was not charging, i was told to leave the slip and they wrote my contact info down, and prompted me i will get an sms confirming a booking.I then received this message on the 20th October(Assmt/Repair ***. logged at GAME MAFIKENG Polaroid Full Touch Square Design Acti Qty 1.000, Do not reply.)

The terms and conditions stated clearly that the duration is 21 days to get the outcome of the query.

I started to make a follow up on the 18 November by calling in, i was asked to leave my number ,they will call me back to give me feedback, i called again on the 19th , same thing ,and on the 20th, i called in today ( 21st) again , and i am being told to leave my number again, its been 4 days, no concrete feedback to say what is happening because the 21 days passed already.

Please assist.
