Please Stay away form Game online

I recently for the first time tried purchasing on Games online. The purchase was easy enough to make and payment went through eventually. Purchase was made on the 23/11/2023. On the 25/11/2023 I received SMS to advise that the order was on its way via Wumdrop and would be there in the afternoon. No one came to deliver and the next thing I know I received another SMS to say that could not deliver. I called the driver Tshepiso and he advised that he went to make the delivery in Pretoria and could find me. I then advised that I live on Johannesburg and not Pretoria. Tshepiso advised that they will deliver on Monday.. I have been the phone since Monday and today is Thursday. I have spoken to Tebego @Wummdrop and your call center. Kenny as well as Sanaele. They are helpful but utterly usless. Kenny advised that I would get a call back yesterday afternoon and Sanaele advised that she cannot get through to the deliver service that your usless company hires. I will never purchase anything form Game again and will make sure all that I people that I know personally and social media know how utterly usless GAME is. Pathetic service form the get go. Call center cannot help and the stupid company you hired to deliver cannot even make deliver to the correct addresses.

01.12.2023 Got a SMS 16.49 saying the item is en route. check the Wumdrop Website and at 4.54 they decided that the address an office. Its residential address, and decided that they will not drop it off today ..

Called the driver Julia and said that she had no petrol in the car to make the delivery
