Please refund my money back
I tried ordering online using a wi code. The money just went out of my account before even confirming the order, as soon as I typed in the wi code,Game decided to take the funds out. I immediately contacted their ***** department and the lady just hung up on me. Who will pay the R609 since my order didn't go through but Game decided to deduct the money and their consultants are unable to assist me???

Unfortunately, we do not accept Wi-Code vouchers as a method of payment, and with all transactions, an email will be sent. Payment is only taken once the order is successfully confirmed. As Wi-codes are linked to Mukuru, you will need to check with them to see if they can pick up the transaction.
