Please just replace it

I bought a Defy washing machine November 2023 so the warrantee is still active. I had a couple of complaints, every time someone came out to fix it just for something new to break. Now I can only use the machine on 1 setting and I have sent 3 emails and no one is replying. I also tried to phone but the calls won't go through. I am sick and tired of them fixing it just for it to break again. I want a replacement. If someone could contact me that would be amazing.
