Please help me

I bought a 3plate electric stove on the 9 july 2022 and when i get home i fond that when plugging the stave it shocking so i call the shop i lay a complain they send a machani but it never work so i took the stove back to the shop and ask for another one but an indian lady manager told me she cant help me so up to now the got my stove and my money R3999.00 and they dont care i call their customer care but they never help me please now i am depressed about this mater
