Please close our account

I have an account with Game for a long time now and for awhile i did not use my account, I then started using the account sometime in November 2015. I explained to them that we have to stand in a ridiculously long que to pay the installment and i could not get off work to do so. In December 2015 I settled the account which was R2000 Game then reduced my credit limit without consulting or informing me. I then requested the account to be closed i was told i still owe R11.00 which i refused to pay, i received a letter in January 2016 explaining that due to non payment my account has been blocked and I am unable to use my card. I wrote 2 emails requesting them to close the account and to date nothing happened. In addition i had purchased a TV a year or so ago cash for approximatley R15000.00 the TV has been giving trouble when i request Game to see to the TV as it is still under guarantee they ask me to bring it in, when i explain that i am unable to as it is too big and what if it should fall they say there is just nothing they can do. Why when I bought the TV was I not explained sothat i could have made a better choice of whether I wanted to have a guarantee with those grounds
