Playstation 5 delivery fiasco from GAME STORES.

Game stores online ordering is the worst experience I had in shopping in years. I pre-ordered the Playstation 5 on 18th September 2020. There was a choice of delivery that said "PlayStation 5 pre-order delivery". I had to pay R50 extra for this. The 19th November 2020 was the world wide release of Playstation 5 and I expected this to be delivered on the 19th November. All other retailers delivered on time on the 19th or 20th at the latest. This is the 22nd November already and I still do not know when I will receive a gaming console which I paid R12 000 for. No communication or indication from Game Stores when I will receive it. The only reaction I get is when I phone or email them; and then I only get nonsense generic answers. This is the first time I bought from them and it will be the last. Please do not spend money with this anti-consumer shop.
