Playstation 4

I am very disappointed with the level of service received from Game Rosebank, The last time I wrote a review on Hello Peter was over 10 years ago and I thought I was not going to post anything since the level of service in our country has increased but I guess I was wrong. I took my playstation 4 for repairs in November as it was still under warranty and I was promised that It was going to take 21 working days for them to repair it but to my dismay it is well over 2 months but I am still getting stories from them. I humbly request that someone in management calls me to have this issues sorted. My number is ***
