Plain bad service

Honestly our experience with game has been everything except good. So by far a horrible experience. We purchased a new vacuum cleaner from them. 5 months down the line the vacuum cleaner stopped working. So we took a complete vacuum cleaner in as we thought they would replace the vacuum. They repaired the vacuum and with in two days of using it all you could smell is burning plastic. So we took the complete vacuum in again. They said ok they will look at getting it repaired yet again. After a month of back and forth they told us we can come collect the vacuum cleaner. We went to collect the vacuum and more then half the vacuum cleaner was missing. The bucket, pipe and filter was not there. So they said sorry they look for the missing parts. 2 weeks later we went in to collect. When we got there they told us sorry they can’t find the parts and that we never have a complete vacuum in. They told us we lost the parts and not them. Now what person in their right minds would would take a half a vacuum cleaner in to be replaced or repaired. What would we do with the parts anyway. So they lost the parts and rather then say sorry we lost your parts we will replace the vacuum they revert to blaming the customer. A customer that has spent a lot of money over a period of 6 months. ( we used game to purchas most of the items needed for our kitchens in a start up office) game has lost any future business with us and I would never recommend any one use game if this is the type of service they provide. It is just horrible and disgusting the way a client is treated. After complaining again. They now say that the company who made and repaired it is the ones who lost the vacuum parts. Game sold it to us not benit. We gave it to game to fix not benit. So if your looking for disappointment in after sales then use game.
