Placing an online order at GAME will ruin your Happiness

I placed an order on 2/7/2023 at Game store for grocery and till to date it wasn't delivered..What pains me is that I keep buying airtime to call customer care and I kept being told the same information that I'll be contacted and no one is calling me to give me an update..I don't have money and I had to make a plan to buy another grocery as I was left with no choice..I'm heartbroken and this is not happening for the first time..It repeats itself..I don't think I'll ever recommend anyone to order online with Game..It'll be the worst mistake ever..I regret placing an order.I thought this time around they will do better little did I know that is going to be worst than before..This is not how a valuable customer should go through..I'm in pain and I'm really disappointed by Game..
