Placed on online order and Game has no clue where my goods are!
I ordered an expensive large item from Game online, I have had no feedback or communication as to the progress of my delivery for over a week. When I call the helpline, they say they have no clue where my goods are and they will call me back in 2 days.
I can not believe such a large organization has no clue as to what they are doing.
Very disappointed, I will be taking all my future business elsewhere.
