Placed on credit bearue list for no reason

I paid my GAME account instalment end of April. May 12 I received a statement saying my account is in arrears as no payment had been received. I sent my proof of payment to the RCS as instructed and to today have not had a response from them in regard to my sent email.<br> My husbands game account is saying the same thing even though we paid both accounts form the same bank account and proof was emailed. I am so sick of dealing with game stores and the incompetence of their administration staff.<br> <br> I app**** this month for a student loan and was notified that game has placed me on the credit bearua list due to non payment of 1 month instalment.<br> <br> As far as I know you are not allowed to do that.<br> I will now pay this account in full and close the account, I vow to never buy ANYTHING from game stores again
