Placed on collections unfairly by Game store in south gate mall.

I am not happy at all, so I took out a game store card I think it's called RCS card. This was sometime last year 2022 around September, I used R215 December and I have been paying it back from January 2023 till to date.

So when I took out the card no one told me about the R150 initiation fee. Secondly, in January my statement came back in January and I had to make payment of R321 which I did then in February it was R220 ok, then in March it was R120 which it was debited to my surprise a few days after the debit order went of on the 27th, I get a text that I am now in collections.

I call the collections team and they told me I now owe R186, which I don't understand so I went to the store and they couldn't help me I requested a settlement amount and they refused to tell me so now I keep getting calls from collections of which I was told by store consultant that they will investigate the matter till now nothing has been done

So now I get collections calls daily, and sms from collections and they say I owe them R191.21 how coz I never missed payment I am now in collections.
