Phone Warranty Default

So on the 31st of July 2021 I purchased a Samsung A32 5G phone from Game Store in East London Vincent Park, then on the 26th of December 2021 I woke up to a faulty phone. the number 4, 5, and 6 are dysfunctional. I took the phone to the store for warranty purposes and I was turned away because I am no longer using the sim card it came with. Mind you this is a term and condition I was never told off by the time of purchase. I am very disappointed on the Store as I always buy my gadgets and appliances from them :(
