Good Day<br> <br> The summary of my issue is as follows.<br> Bought an AG Chrome Ultra phone on Friday and attempted to return the phone as the sim prongs are faulty. I was advised that, although it is returned within 7 days, I would need to pay R800 to have the phone sent in for repairs. The r800 is non-refundable regardless of fault or whether there is anything to repair<br> This phone costs R1303 and was bought less than 7 days ago. The response from GAME STORES is ludicrous.<br> <br> Is this the sort of service and goods that are provided by Game.<br> <br> I`d like this resolved asap.
