Pffff to Game online shopping

This is so ridiculous how in today's day and age when everything is being done online that a huge retailer can ***** around. Placed online order on 26th November. Order confirmation said delivery will be between 3 to 5 working days. on 6th when I phone customer services my order was still not released from the game warehouse. How can they promise delivery in 5 working days and 8 working days later my order was still not dispatched? POOOOOOR SERVICE . Will NEVER recommend or use game online store or shops AGAIN
