Pethetic Game Service

This company should rather close down, I have never experienced such service. I ordered on the 9th goods that I needed on the 15th till this day I have not received anything and I was promised to get it yesterday. Like how does one deal with such? I think I'd rather cancel this order, no. This is extreme.
