People in pink and black outfits hanging around

I have always found service at the Groblersdal branch rather lethargic. Today was the worst ever. I needed to buy a cartridge for my MX390 Canon printer which I bought at GAME a month ago. I stood around in the printer area for somebody to assist me - all cartridges are locked. After about 5 minutes a man with a pink shirt walked past me into the storeroom. I stopped him to ask for help. He said he didn't work there and showed his hand in another pink-shirted man's direction. This one said that he does not work there either. At this point I lost it and walked to the manager's booth. There was no-one there. I then proceeded to the Customer Service section where there was no-one. I called a couple of times and then walked off. On my way out a cashier said that there was now some-one there who could assist me. A very friendly lady tried to find me some assistance and after speaking to quite a few people a polite, very slow moving man came strolling in my direction. I told him what had happened. He just said how sorry he was. No - sign of wanting to help me to buy this @#$%^cartridge. Then...I left.
