Pensioner denied her consumer rights

am a pensioner who saved money for 4 months to buy myself a sewing machine from Game on the 12/09/2016 for R1899. When I got home I was excited because I was now able to support my grandkids. But when I used it the stitches were very loose and made a funny noise. I returned it ad it was under garentee on the 19/09/2016 and was told I must collect within 3weeks. I collect my Empisal sewing machine on the 06/10/2016, I hoped that the fault was fixed but unfortunately I was wrong again the same problems. I then took it back to Game store on the 12/10/2016 and was told now that it will be ready for collection within 7days. On both incidents I inform them that I want another machine or a full refund as it is in my Repair Collection Slips. I went to fetch my machine because its more than 7days but received nothing, I am very disappointed because even when I requested to speak to the Store Manager the guy was very rude and treated me as if I was uneducated and old. I called head office in Durban but was transfered from pillar to post until my airtime finished. Please assist me as I am old and due my health problems. I want a full refund because I have just lost faith in Game due to the faulty sewing machine and also the horrible service I received from the Store manager.
