Pensioner Card not Accepted during Price Beat

Game Galleria refused to allow my mother-in-law to use her pensioner card in conjunction with a Price Beat on Wednesday 22 April 2021. I spoke to the Floor manager and Sales Manager (Collin Msomi and Rishi Bechan respectively) and stated that the practice of excluding a pensioner card during a Price Beat does not appear on either the Price Beat policy or Terms and Conditions on the Game Website, nor is Game Customer Care aware of such exclusions (I confirmed with Lerato at Game customer Care). Both managers refused to allow use of the pensioner card. This is horrible customer service, especially making a pensioner wait while arguing over non existent policies.
