Pensioner being **********

Good day I'm extremely disappointed in game store . I spent over 20k at your Mitchell's plain promenade store . I've been expieriecing the same problem with my 16kg LG washing machine . The washing machine is working perfectly fine but buttons keep on coming off the top of the machine so I can't program . The washing machine have been replaced in 2017 but now I'm having the same problem with the new machine .when they replaces it the first time that my 2 years garentee starts all over when I contacted game I've been told that they can't find the extended on the system. LG TECH have been out to my property to see what's wrong and have reported that it's the same issue. So how can't game have it on the system but LG states I'm still under garentee. This LG washing machine was not a good buy and I want another brand that can offer me a 16kg . My mom is a pensioner but no1 takes her calls or let her hold the call till she runs out of air time , I really don't think it's fair that she had to use over R100 air on this with no result.
