i recently made a purchase online with game that was on the 17th Dec. still not delivered after they said it takes 3-5 working days. Today when i call in am told that its still on process and they don't have my item on stock. no communication or whatsoever. when i want a refund they tell about 7-14 working days

By lying and saying that u PROMISE TO DELIVER IN 3-5 working days? How can i order something on the 17th Dec and still on the 3rd jan its still not delivered and no communication at all. Ur service is seriously disgusting and trust me i will never ever buy u again and ill make sure that my friends and family and social media knws about the poor service
