Pending claims not paid since October

Poor service I was retrenched September and reported early October already 3months but collection department still calling when I already submitted my claim with required documentation.

Their service is pathetic they sent me an sms saying my claim is approved but they still haven't settled my debt. Instead I'm getting call from agents harraaing me.

They care about no one but ripping people off.
