Pending Application and no response

I went to Game Jabulani Mall on the 17th July 2015, there was a special (2x telefunken tablets) for 149x24months.I brought the required documents and had to fill the application form as my application was pending from their system, I asked what does that mean and was told Vodacom still wanted to verify some things with my application..I am still waiting for the response till today, when I call to enquire they always say they will call me back.I have no problem with being decline but normally one gets an sms informing them that the application was not successful.
