On the 29 of september I paid d account using the capitec bank app on my phone the next thing they claim I ddnt pay getting all sorts of sms demanding the payment.i think I did this to avoid going to the store making my life easier.but then game dsnt even check to their systems to see who paid or not nd wen I go there to ask.im being referred to their accounts call center asking me to email d proof.like wats d point of paying str8 to d their bank acc if they would not see who payed or not
