Payment not allocated, despite a number of correspondence.

I refer to my review dated 02 June 2020. In the interim, one of my two payments have been allocated. I am still awaiting my April 2020 payment amounting to R500 to be allocated. I have provided my bank statements, tracking from the bank on numerous occasions, please can someone senior make contact with me to discuss this.
